Base Lotion Recipe

I am new to lotion making but have been making soap for a little while now. I purchased a lotion base from WSP and I am not sure of what should be added into it and how much. Any suggestions?

I have not purchased that from WSP, but they have an online chat that I've had success asking questions to -- they also have a forum you can check that.
