Aztec IFRA rates

Hello fellow soapmakers! I was wondering, does anyone know where i can find Aztecs IFRA rates? They have certain fo's listed as skin safe. Among those oils, some show the usage rates but most do not.

They have a link on their site which has PDFs of the fragrances and their IFRA rates.
I haven't opened one to check it, but that may be of some help.

Also, if they have marked a fragrance as skin safe, it means it can be used at a 5% at least, per this page.

update: I just looked up their IFRA page and most of the fragrances have old IFRA certificates, (2014, 2017, or 47th ammendment) I prefer to follow the 50th or 49th amendment)
