The US and Canada have sent fire fighters over to help. Hope they can get on top of it. All we need is rain. We got 5 mins rain last night and it was so light, all it did was wet the road. I know that people in California know what's it's like, unfortunately it's a way of life here, there are bush fires every summer. A lot are lit .

Another bad day for fires today. Here it is 39C and a lot hotter elsewhere. People have fled to the water and waiting in the water, 2 people died. Day, looked like night with fires burning.
Lot of fires are in the far south coast of Sydney, lost homes. Will check in with PJ, she is in the fire area.

Just heard the sound of fire engines here, hate that sound .
