Hi
Thank you for your attention!
I have some question that may be not advise questions but will help me to know what I do! May be useful for other newbies too!
first: What is Isopropilene 99% in soap washing? I spray it on my bars but still I have soda ash face (may be or something similar!).
refer to images in http://www.soapmakingforum.com/showthread.php?t=47427
If you need more image please tell me! I have 10 different soaps that correctly weighted ash and oils in them but still I have a bad face! :)
Second: What is sugar function in bubbly of batches? When and where I must add it to my batches? I try to solve it to oil but seem sugar isn't soluble in oil :) If solve it on water, after mix with ash, sugar don't change to some dangerous chemical complex because of polycarbonate strings in sugar?
Third: Range of Hardness or bubbly in some calculator are numbers between (for example 12 - 22 ). If my hardness be 12 , my soaps will be very creamy and I have paste soap or this is accepted range for hardness and my soap will be with a good hardness?
Forth: If TD or CD (Chromium Dioxide) decreased in my batches will not be harmful?
Fifth: When a calculator count distilled water, is some water that steam when NaOH mix with water count or must add some water more for this steam?
Sixth: How I can account last weight or a cut of soap after it's water steam after 6 week?
Seventh: If I covered my soaps in a plastic package after 3 or 4 days, they will dry in it's packages or package will be deformed or soap Exp time will decrease? Nearest time to package soaps with plastic covers is when?
Eighth: Can I mix TD and Paprika colors together in a soap batch? How much and which sort of colors will damaged my bars?
Ninth: How to decrease oil smile in my soaps? I use tallow (and vegetable oils too) that have a very bad smile of oil. Is any ways except fregrancing to lose this smells?
Tenth: Using of Herbal pulps in soaps are safe or can damage them?
Thank you so much for your respond!

I think you meant isopropyl alcohol. here is an article about preventing and cleaning soda ash: here

sugar helps to increase bubbles. 1 tsp of sugar per pound of oil (ppo). the easiest way for me is to make a sugar syrup beforehand (1 part sugar, 1 part distilled water). when you are ready to soap, just put the syrup into your oils before the lye.

Range of Hardness or bubbly in some calculator are numbers between (for example 12 - 22 ). If my hardness be 12 , my soaps will be very creamy and I have paste soap or this is accepted range for hardness and my soap will be with a good hardness?
don't really bother with these numbers. use them for guidelines only.

If TD or CD (Chromium Dioxide) decreased in my batches will not be harmful?
i don't have any experience with CD (never heard it until now), however, i have used TD in a lot of my soaps without a problem.

When a calculator count distilled water, is some water that steam when NaOH mix with water count or must add some water more for this steam?
don't worry about this. you don't have to add more water that's lost from the steam.

How I can account last weight or a cut of soap after it's water steam after 6 week?
weigh it right after you cut it, and again after 6 week cure.

If I covered my soaps in a plastic package after 3 or 4 days, they will dry in it's packages or package will be deformed or soap Exp time will decrease? Nearest time to package soaps with plastic covers is when?
wrap the soap after it's finished curing. that would be after 4 weeks.

Can I mix TD and Paprika colors together in a soap batch?
yes.

How to decrease oil smile in my soaps? I use tallow (and vegetable oils too) that have a very bad smile of oil. Is any ways except fregrancing to lose this smells?
i have used tallow and didn't experience any weird smell. a long cure might fix your smell issue.

Using of Herbal pulps in soaps are safe or can damage them?
you mean herbal extracts, powders? yes, you can use them. no, they will not damage the soap if used properly.

I think it's NOT enough to just click on Like link! Thank you Seven! Great! Really you learn me whatever I search on a big book! :)

Seven pretty much covered everything!

Could you describe the smell more? Is it a rancid smell? Rancid oil smells very sour - it reminds me of stomach acid. Did you render your own tallow? Rendering is when you take fattty beef scraps and heat them so the fat (tallow) melts and seperates from the meat. If so, did you clean it enough? My tallow is white or off-white and has a slight beefy smell. I burned some tallow, and it was grey-brown and had a burned smell.

Using of Herbal pulps in soaps are safe or can damage them?
What do you mean by "pulps"? Are these fresh herbs? Dried herbs are fine. Some of them will hold their color in soap, and some won't. But a large amount of fresh herbs might make your soap prone to mold.

The smell is rump smell. I use some rump and build it on fire and clear it! all of my oil isn't rancid! smell is meat smell. How I can clean tallow? It have some little piece of rump in itself.
About Pulps I like to use fresh vegetables in my soap!
Here is my tallow image:

Your tallow looks very clean to me! You can clean it again - melt it down with some water, pour it through cheese cloth, then put it in the fridge and remove the tallow from the top. I do that until the water has no beefy or meaty taste. I think tallow is always going to smell somewhat beefy/meaty, though.
