Has anybody on this forum written or contacted WSP about this? If so, what was their reply? I was thinking of voicing my displeasure at subsidizing shipping to Canada, and telling them they are losing my business. Not that I expect anything to change, but.....

I know they read the forums. They also have a facebook page & a blog where a whole lot of people have voiced their displeasure. WSP always respond by saying it's for our own good & they have our best interest at heart.

To answer your question, I have not written a letter, I have made facebook posts.

When they made the announcement that out of 500 fos, 1/2 where going up in price & 1/2 where going down, but in reality 85 went down & 415 went up, I made my comment on that too.

Yep, people have posted like crazy on their FB. I am shocked that they aren't listening to their customers. I'm sure they read the forums.

They seem to be ignoring a lot of the things that's being written on their FB page that's negative. Or they try to turn it around and make it look like the poster is just complaining about things they don't know about or have any reason to complain about.

I sent them an email through their "contact us" page. I said I didn't like subsidizing free shipping outside the country, and would no longer order from them. Not that I've ordered much from them, but as I'm getting more and more into making soap, I probably would have. Will be interesting to see if the reply and what they say.

I did visit their facebook page a while back, and one poster complained they were deleting negative posts. They denied it, but then, I couldn't find the post the poster was referring to, nor any posts that were anything but glowing. So it looks like they were deleting negative posts.

All this wsp stuff going on reminds me of when parents leave the family business to the children.. and they destroy it in five years...

Well, I don't read their fb page, or their blogs, and I have little interest in writing a formal letter that will just sit in a pile with the rest... so in case they are reading the forums and this post... I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM UNETHICAL COMPANIES!!
