Amazon's phone number?

Didn't someone here have a number for them? I purchased a lotion from them and it is thoroughly contaminated - black spot, black threads running through it. There's no way to contact the seller, the website it just a pic that sends you to amazon. There's more to the story but I'm not posting for public view. The situation needs to be addressed by Amazon.

Also, is this something to report to the FDA 0r some place?

As far as I know, there is no call center for Amazon. Just return it via the normal methods. Send an email about what was wrong.

Also leave a scathing review - with pics if possible.

Go to Help page, click on I think returns, on the Left towards the bottom you can send an email OR there is a tele number to call too.
