Didn't turn out how I was hoping. It's not really purple but a grey. I guess I didn't use enough infused oil? Still kind of pretty looking though.
Scented with a lavender/sweet fennel blend.

Lovely soaps! The edges of them look a bit purple, so as the cut surfaces are exposed to air, they may just surprise you and regain some of the purple colour. I like them just as they are, though. :)
 
Very pretty! If your base oils were more yellowish, then the alkanet goes more towards grey or mauve.

Hmmm...COULD be why. I also put cream in it, so maybe that contributed? I have some samples that didn't gel and they WERE a pale blue and now have turned almost white, these are still gray/tan-ish.
