Additives to MnP

How do I add goats milk to my soap base. I am comfortable with CP & HP . But melt and pour is iffy . I have both powder and milk .. dealer told me noore than 15 gms to 1 kg soap base

You don’t. All it will do is be food for mold and bacteria. MP is already soap.

I bought an ultra clear soap base. Can I add goats milk powder to it ..

I have added powdered milk to M&P. First you have to dissolve the milk in a little hot water. In her book, SOAPMAKING THE NATURAL WAY, Rebecca Ittner, suggests the following. "Use 1-2 teaspoons per pound of soap. To help incorporate milk powder into melted soap, stir in a bit of hot water to the milk powder in a small bowl until you have a thick liquid. Strain the liquid to remove any lumps."

You'd be better off buying goat milk M&P. Adding foods like milk and such to Melt and Pour just makes it go rancid.

That reminds me..I've been seeing a lot of people adding botanicals to melt and pour soap and some people have said that the botanicals start to mold in the soap
