Adding Wheatgerm

Hi,
Wondering if anybody out there can help me, I have looked at this forum for a while, masses of information!
I have added Wheatgerm to my soap twice and it turned out really sticky and soft, is this due to the wheatgerm? Have made the soap without it and turned out fine, so maybe it thats the cause. Was wondering if anybody else has had the same problem!

wheatgerm oil, like any other oil will make soap soft

i assume your talking about the oil, or was it wheatgerm kernels?

Thanks for your reply , I used wheatgerm itself not the oil, just slightly exfloiating, but if the oil makes it go soft I am sure that is what is making the soap go soft. One of my friends loves it! Maybe next time I will leave it longer in the mould! Might be wise. :wink:
