Adding more sugar

Has anybody tried using more than 1 tablespoon of sugar ppo? Would it increase lather even more? Would it make soap softer?

Sugar is hygroscopic, too much will make the bar mushy and make it sweat. It isn't pretty. 1 Tbsp is the max I would go, and I often use less.
