Adding Half and Half to CP Recipe?

I want to add 1 oz of half and half to a CP recipe- but is it a fat or a liquid?

Deduct the weight of the half-n-half from your water amount.

half cream and half milk used for coffee, soups, etc

I deduct my cream or half and half from the required liquid and add the cream or h&h at light trace.
