It does actually! I used Lilac in Bloom from WSP and I'm very happy with it. The only thing is that I think the FO is very potent and the scent is still very strong. That's good except that it was a bit chemical smelling when I washed my face with it. So now I don't wash my face with it. :D The scent stays on the skin for a long time.
