I was disappointed with the depth of colour in this batch.
In this batch the colour only dropped about half way thru the bars.
I used an fo that I was not familiar with and it accelerated trace. I couldn't keep my batch at a light enough trace for the swirl to drop thru to the bottom.
These were salt bars as well @ 50% salt to oils. So tricky keeping everything fluid.
Next batch I'll make straight cp and nix the fragrance and salt, drop colours high and at a very light trace so that they sink right down to the bottom immediately.
I'll take pics and post them.

Here are the cut bars...
The depth isn't too bad I guess,but do you know what I mean? I wanted the colour right down to the bottom of the bars. This is a shot of them all standing up on their short sides.

very cool!
i've had to literally hold the bowel being poured from 3-4 feet over the mold of soap being poured into, in order to get it to reach the bottom (was a thicker consistency)
