Why does the top of my soap look like this?

My soap contains sugar that I tried to melt into oils. I think I put too much because it didn't dissolve all the way. It also contains black seeds and activated charcoal. I've used the soap and there wasn't any bad reactions so I don't think it's lye, but what is it? Or is it lye?

    Trying to Make Shampoo

What do you think these particles could be? I tried adding a pinch of sugar to the oil phase. Do you think if that's what I'm seeing or does it have to cook some more? This is a pinch of shampoo paste diluted in distilled water

Do I need to add more lye?

Thank you all. I'm going to add the left out lye. As for the fragrance, it isn't a bad scent and I think with the addition of Jasmine Sambac it'll enhance it.

Do I need to add more lye?

If I didn't use enough alkali, will my soap still clean the skin properly? I want to rebatch for the scent as well as add more alkali if needed. If I don't need to add more lye, then I'll just rebatch to change the scent.

Also why did the soap not turn black when I used fine activated charcoal? The oils I used were ucuuba, shea...

It doesn't seem to be sweating. I just took it out of the mold so the sides are a bit sticky. Does it seem okay or will I have to rebatch it?

    Code Orange Need Help

I don't know if I mixed up long enough. I put water and aloe vera gel together to make the lye solution. I then added it to my oils that had just been melting so everything was very hot. I didn't use a thermometer. So when I added the lye solution to the oils it became oily and lumpy and thick...
