    New Directions sells Stephensons. So you will have to pour sooner. I do use a spoon, I just stir slowly. hope that helps

    What kind of base are you using, SCIF has a lower melting point so you are able to pour at around 120F where as Stephenson's is higher and I find I need to pour closer to 150-160F. As for the bubbles I spray alcohol on after I pour, and when stirring I try not to stir to quickly.

    No I don't live in Florida. I live in Canada and it has been in the very high 90's F before the humidity here for the last 3 weeks. Personally I would prefer the 80F and no humidity. Hope you stay cool

    use a couple of spritz of alcohol, bubble are caused from getting extra air in the base from stirring in fo/eo or color.
