    I do not know about this company but want to point out that Amazon is simply a pass-through company. You are buying from a company; They use Amazon as their vehicle to fulfill the orders. Just conduct due diligence on the company selling through Amazon and you will be fine.

    “Hate” Bramble berry and AnnMarie? Isn’t that a tad strong? Hate is a destructive emotion. I completely disagree with her “mixing lye in a glass container,” but, other than that,she is simply a person doing what she does. I, honestly, do not have time/space in my life for hate.

    I used a Pyrex pitcher to heat water. Took it out of my microwave and it exploded. I will never again use glass to heat liquid in my microwave - period. Nope - even “tempered” glass vessels can explode.

    An aside-do not boil water in glass vessels in a microwave-they can explode.

    The story behind it is that Cleopatra used donkey milk to wash and it kept her skin flawlessly beautiful. I would imagine it would provide similar results as any milk soap. A good thing and, likely, an interesting attention-getter for marketing.

    Did you run it through a soap calculator? I always use Soapmaking Friend and know I can feel comfortable with my recipes.

    I use Lisa’s recipe exclusively and love it! I get plenty of bubbles and have not experienced any dry skin issues with this recipe. I do have to plan to cut in just about 3 hours after making.

    The company you buy it from should provide usage rates. If they don't, find a different vendor.
