Late personal thanks from me as well, DeeAnna!!! I was very curious about this as I 've seen a lot of articles lately stating you can have soap this way (and didn't believe it either). I suppose it 's appealing as most people are not willing to be exposed to NaOH...

I have found that I need to cure my soaps for at least 4 months to get them to last for a decent period of time... I use castor oil too at 5%. It 's hard to wait but the soap gets much better as well!

CanaDawn, how good to have your own stevia! The one I use is already a very thin powder, I get it at a herbs shop in that form. I suppose you could dry it and then make a powder of it. Lately, I can find stevia nearly everywhere (supermarkets, healthy food shops, etc) but it 's white and...

I love stevia, the green one. It 's a little harder to find but it gives a nice green. I mix it with a little olive oil and add it at trace with the EO 's. In reality, it 's a little greener than in the photo but not very vibrant either, I like it that way. For those of you who use activated...
