    Beer Soap

I pour the beer into a measuring cup and let it sit in the fridge for a few days to a week, stirring occasionally. Too lazy to boil it first! Anyway, friends seem to love the beer soap. It has crazy lather. I do add some FO to it as I don't find it has much scent after curing on...

    Canola Oil in Soap

I don't use Canola personally, but in perusing the craft sales locally I've noticed that two different sellers both list Canola in their ingredients, along with some preservatives (Rosemary Olerosin I believe). The other sellers did not provide an ingredient listing for me to examine  .

    Stamping soap-What's the Secret??

So I bought a nice (I think!) soap stamp. What is the secret to stopping it from sticking to the soap? Non-stick spray? Vaseline? Wait a few days before stamping?

Is it my recipe?? Consistent overheating + cracking

That seems like a high percentage of CO to me. How have your soaps performed for you? Where do you live? Sometimes when it's warm here and I insulate, I get cracking. Do you live where it is warm? Or humid?

The VERY real dangers of soaping-Photos added!!

Yikes! How scary! I'm glad you are okay. was your response in another thread and I would think this was a BIG issue, maybe not with the FO itself but all the same! Hard to tell what the FO was behaving like in that situation! Again, I'm glad you are okay and thanks for the safety reminder!

    Whew! That was fast!

Hmmm, maybe I soaped too hot? I made a double batch and it is warm out today, maybe I didn't let it cool down enough?
