I've made liquid laundry soap with Zote and Phels Naptha. I didn't notice any difference with my clothes between the two.

I've used the coconut milk FO from Peak. It's smells good oob but goes away for a couple of weeks in the soap. It comes back, milder, a little different, but still pleasant.

I always hand wash everything but only AFTER I wipe all raw soap batter from the pot, spoons with a papertowels. I don't want all that fresh made soap going down my drains and possibly clogging something up. I sometimes put my spoons and such in the dishwasher after I have hand washed then

Just finished Butt Naked form Saveonscents, white soap (TD) with light pink and purple swirls made with coconut milk 100%. Not sure how the purple is going to look, Lab colors from BB always looks different when you pour it--it has to gel to get a good purple. Just sort of looks blueish gray...

I "lick" mine too. My God given tongue is cheaper and more accurate than test strips. As a child, I had my mouth washed out with soap many times.

My daughter has a netflix account and apparently you can access it through several things. I have a Wii and wireless internet and can now get it on my TV at home (for free, she set it up for me---love that child, she takes care of her momma). I love it.

I use 5% in my standard batch recipe, but have used up to 8%. Anything above ten gives me a sticky bar, unless it's a salt bar.
