But I have Palm (Spectrum brand), Olive, Castor and Sweet Almond oils. Can I make a conditioning, lathering, hard bar with just these oils? Which percentages should I use? Thanks, everyone!

I love this. What would you substitute for almond oil? Would palm oil make a good substitute? I have that on hand.

Mineral oil is the main ingredient in the recipe but I was wondering if there is a better facial type oil to use. I would like it to rinse off easily. What is your experience?

Believe it or not, the butcher gave me what was left on the roll, almost half a roll! I'll be in soap heaven tomorrow. My first batch is fine, but the color isn't so pretty and I used a mold that the soap stuck to so I'm going to try this recipe again (without the cinnamon *grin*). Thanks...

Thanks everyone. Walmart is two cities and a bridge (+$5 toll) away. I'll have to wait a while because of the way gas prices are around here. I wonder if plastic wrap will suffice. Yup, it's to line a mold. I could just go in the grocery store and ask at the butcher counter if they could...
