Don't think it's razor burn, the razor still glided pretty smoothly. This feels more chemical. I hope it's not still red when I go to work tomorrow... I don't think the saponified stearic was a problem as far as drying, YMMV. I'd love to use lard though and keep the recipe similar to my bar...
