If your new at making soap I wouldn't discount the water. Esp w/florals they are famous for seizing or ricing, it's good to soap florals at a cooler temp at full water. The recipe looks good to me though :)

I did a awesome batch w/lavender eo and a purple mica swirl turned out wonderful. I'm going to do some more eo soap probably this morning. I've been making some body butter this morning too with yummy mango and cocoa butter, smells like chocolate ;)

I heard you can get DOS using a high amount of soybean. I do use soybean, but it's usually under 20%.

I would like to know this too or maybe there is a way to infuse them? I love the smell of these.

Do you guys make all your soap from the same mold too? I was wondering about this, because I use different molds, but thinking if I should stick to one mold.

Nice soap, same rule for cp it will turn brown on ya. I try to stay away from vanillas, but I love them sooo much lol. BCN has a Vanilla Stabilizer now for cp and it's suppose to work really well with vanilla type fo's haven't tried it yet though I need to. By the way has anyone tried this...

Lavender is great for burns I've had to use it with soaping. It works great for itching skin too. My mom use to mix water and vinegar when I was a kid and dab that on the sunburn, it works really good for cooling a sunburn.

I love soy too I use the 100%. I started playing with palm with tarts and man it's a bugger to clean LOL.
