    Hot Process in Pvc mold

Hp is always at "plop drop" consistency. When ready to mold. In my opinion. 3 bars worth of cut offs. Would be a bit much. Are you stamping. The mold on the counter to get any air pockets out? How low are you molds?

    Hot Process in Pvc mold

Hello, is it physically lower than when you poured it? Or did it expand and the ring around the outside. Is still at the expanded height. Thus giving you the impression of sinking. I routinely have a sliver slice on one end. No big deal. Got a box of them. I use them for testing, samples...

SMF November 2023 Challenge - Splash Swirl Technique

Hi everybody.... Everything went as planned. But I changed my pouring sequence last minute. Should have kept the TD for last color poured. Not very forgiving. You really have to pull the tool straight. I can see where I dragged the tool. To position for the next plunge. But overall came out...

Wire gap in multi bar soap cutter

Hi, depends on size of bar you want. I cut at 1.25 inch. Which gives me a 5 plus ounce bar. Look around and see what others are doing. A multi wire cutter is a big investment. Is there a standard thickness for cp soap bars? Maybe choose one of those. P.S. they are so worth it. As...

    gear tie question

Clamp in a vise. At point of bend. Then bend it. First by hand. Then tighten up the bend with a hammer. Or other big massively heavy type object. Wrap with painters tape first to protect the chrome finish.
