    Thanks guys! I'll give it time, and you're probably absolutely right about the fat content in the milk! I hadn't even thought of that! If time doesn't work I'll try combining it with a super lather soap. Thanks again for all your help!

    re batch for lather Thank you for such a quick response! About the co, this I know (that it's not lathery in and of itself)... So re-batching can not change the lathering characteristics of a soap, is that right? Nothing can be added that will enhance the lather? Thanks for bearing with me...

    Hi! I've made this lovely goat's milk oatmeal honey soap. Super 'creamy' from the goat's milk but really low lather. Is it possible to re-batch a soap and add, I dunno, more coconut oil or such to heighten the lather? I'm pretty new at this but thus far have made about 20 soaps mostly goat's...

    So, I''ve never done this! I have a recipe with clear instructions on a Goat's milk soap and it calls for 'coconut oil 76 degree". Is this a specific type of coconut oil or a "soften to" temperature before I add it? Thanks so so so much for any help!!!
