I've been making soap for about 10 years now and I still find myself making newbie mistakes occasionally. And I still have to scratch my head sonetimes when the soap I carefully planned does something totally unexpected.

I do make Castile soap but it does have a little bit of coconut oil in it (10%). That said, I might still have some Flax Seed Gel soap that doesn't have coconut oil; I used babassu instead. ETA: sorry, none left.

I'd like to make a suggestion to anyone creating labels - Avoid all caps ; it's difficult to read. People read by the shape of the words; when text is in all caps, there is no recognizable shape to the words, making it more difficult. I work in a print shop and this is something we see a lot...

I'm not sure about you but even if I soap cool, when soap goes into gel, it can get pretty hot, well above 80-90F. Those beneficial properties won't last the process.

Just looking at your recipe vs one I've made in the past, I'd say you don't have enough liquid and you're a little heavy on the hard butters. I've made the emulsified body butter in the link below and, though I love it, I find it a bit on the thick side. She's using a total of 59.5% liquid...
