I sure did hydrate my clays first. Batter stayed pretty fluid. Had green clay and got blue and yellow in the mail so was excited to use them. was going to do an in the pot swirl but batter was too fluid and blended together😟. I’ve got the curls in tho so we’ll see🤞

Thanks so much AliOop,I never knew that about glycerin. It was going to be for bubbles but I’ll be using some frozen macadamia milk so that should give me the bubbles so I‘ll leave it out. I have alot of tallow from our beef and I love it in soap so want to use it, I’ll soap cool 😎

It was supposed to be spring theme with dandelions, dandelion tea, dandelion infused olive oil and dandelions on top but colours didn’t turn out so bright but am not complaining at all😃

Long story and they were quite the chore but I’m happy with them. Pretty sure I went against soap laws of physics. Used a recipe that’s supposed to last at thin trace for awhile, didn’t cause temp were too low, 80 so they thickened to fast to squeeze through the tube bottle plus I used calendula...

I’m trying for a bit of a slow moving trace to do a scenery with different colors and don’t want the color for the top to be too thick by the time I’m done the bottom. Am thinking of mixing 2 1/2 batches so the dandelion infused olive oil doesn’t turn my sky green😁 Also it says it’s not bubbly...

Thanks DeeAnna. It was stored in the cold room. It was just one thin layer that separated easily. I remelted on the wood stove all day and left the lid off and it’s back in the cold room😃.

Some stores are still selling hummingbird food with toxic red dye. Hopefully the birds do know what’s good for them.

I for sure will do that😃 I’m pretty sure I put the lid on too soon🤓 I will try clean it and only use for personal. At least it won’t be wasted. Thanks for the suggestion I sure will, wouldn’t take a chance on my poor little birds

Went to make soap for the first time this year and found this in my lard. Thank goodness my tallow is good😫 It’s probably bird food but hoping is salvageable🤞
