    I used the slow cook type. Maybe I put too many oats in the water (about 3/4 cup for 1.5 cups water)? I read that oats have polysaccharides, which become gelatinous in water (hence the clumps).

    Goats milk coagulation

    I have tried to make GM soap. I cool the milk in the freezer and then slowly add the lye while stirring. The fat coagulates and forms white clumps in soap. How can I avoid this?
