The green is hydrated chromium oxide. My soap batter was kind of yellow from the fresh aloe I put in though.

I'm awful at swirls. When one turns at it is complete luck. There are videos for the celine swirl on youtube. They don't look anything like my mess. :roll: When Celine does them they are beautiful.

I really like how these turned out. And, how not to do a Celine swirl.

That's Bruce! He's boston terrier/pug mix. I got him Doggles so he could stick his head out of the window in the car. But no matter what, once we hit 35 he's back in so I haven't made him wear them in a while.

I tried a pencil line with finely ground. Its hard to see though since the soap is so dark. I just cut it yesterday, so I'm just speculating...I'm guessing it could stain. It is VERY dark. As far as properties, I've heard it makes a good kitchen soap as it helps remove odors. This is only my...

Well, it's really not over until the fat lady sings. I was certain this soap was a bust. But once cut...not perfect, but not half bad either!

My newest soaps. First is scented with Citrus Linen H2O. Second is Lovespell and third is Lilac Honeysuckle made with goatsmilk. I'm hoping that one doesn't darken any more. And I've decided that I need a new camera!

Thanks everyone! Usually whenever I try to get 'fancy', my soap ends up looking like butt. This was the first time the soap actually looked like the picture I had in my head.

Now those are a good idea! I underestimated how time consuming whipped soap would be. And clearly stopped too soon.

I can't frost a cupcake either, so why I thought I could do this is beyond me...
