i remember years ago.......was it in Harriet Carter or Lillian Vernon? a catalog similar to that anyway. It was raelly a very siple device.....almost like a cup sort of thing that you threw your slivers and leftovers into, and you just screw down the lid and it would compress it for you...

wow.............I've got a few years of fighting with PVC pipe and mine NEVER come out looking that smooth. I can never get it out of the darn pipe!!!!! Not without bursting a vein in my butt and forehead anyway......

if it's a water dispersible TD, yes! you can add it to your lye water. Like all of my pigments, except for the neons which are oil dispersible, if you're wanting to color the whole batch that color, then yu can add ANY water dispersible pigment straight to your lye water.

one of the easiest ways to prevent this........wait longer to cut. The firmer the soap, the less draggy it is. I know waiting is hard to do when you're as impatient as I am, but it really does help.

a while back.........like months ago..........i saw on a site where they dold 2 sizes of bathbomb makers. they were round, came in 2 parts similar to the ornament balls. but smaller and more of a practical size. it was a supply site and they had other things too. i've been searching for it...

if it's a sort of ammonia type smell, then that is completely NORMAL in gm soaps. Not everyone gets that ammonia smell, but occasionally it does pop up. It will go away when the soap is completely cured!!
