Hi Couple of days ago I recieved 20L of olive oil pomace from a new supplier and the color is orange alike... Before I had Olive pomace which was green and actually looked like olive oil :| I was wondering if anyone had the same experience and if it will be ok for soapmaking?

You mean below 0 degrees celsius... But how is that better, doesn't the soap need the heat to finish saponifiing for all the lye to use up and find bonds?? How can that happen if you freeze it to ice? If it's possible can you explain that cause it just doesn't make any sense regarding to the 2...

Try using shea butter instead of palm oil they have very simmilar properties.

Hi I made two batches of CP yesterday and when I mixed my lye solution there was white pieces looking like snowflakes floating on the top. So far my lye solution was always clear like normal water... Is this normal or is it dangerous that this lye does not react with water and how will it react...
