HELP!! My melt and pour soap separated between the layers. I sprayed it with rubbing alcohol and it still didn't stick. Any advice for ways to salvage the batch???

This may sound like a stupid question but is there a formula for how much colorant per pound of oils? I'm using neon powdered colorant. Seems like I've heard or read a ratio somewhere before but all I can find now is add until you get the desired color...

I've seen CP soap topped with sea salt for a beautiful finish and I'm thinking about trying it with a melt and pour recipe. Is this ok? I read somewhere it makes a "weepy" mess with Dead Sea salt but ok with epsom salt? Any feedback would be appreciated :)

Has anyone used brewed green tea in their soap? I want to add this to one of my recipes but unsure of what it may do. Should I count it as part of my water in my lye solution or add as additional water? Will it go crazy and seize up my batter?? I love the idea bc of all of the wonderful...

I made up the lye water solution for a couple of batches of soap I was intending to make a couple of days ago. Something came up and I was unable to complete the project. Is it ok to use the lye water solution although it's over 2 days old or would you just scrap it and accept the waste?

I'm finding soap calc mind numbing lye difficult to use I think bc the water is only listed as a percentage. If I could enter it in ounces I could probably get it. Any tips there??
