    How much sugar do you need to add to make a soap or shampoo bar extra bubbly?? And when is the right time to add?? Lye water or during trace?

    I didn't think there would be too much based on the cleansing amount the calculator gave me but I will try lowering it. As for the SL, i would take out 0.64oz of water and replace that with 0.64oz of SL right?

    Did your soap ed up being hard? I placed it on the soap calculator and replaced the soybean oil with bro. Cleansing was 0 and the hardness was 17. What did you use to harden the soap?

    This is the recipe that I came up with. Can anyone tell me if this would make a good recipe for a shampoo bar? Also, can anyone tell me how I can add sodium lactate to make this bar last longer and hard? I'm afraid that this might be soft still after molding. Thanks!!
