    I use 40% lard in my recipe. I have been substituting OO with RB and Sunflower. Safflower is ok but at concentrations greater than 10% , it can cause DOS

    Who is using safflower?

    I’m really confused now. A couple of months ago, there was a thread complaining about Olive oil prices and availability. Someone suggested safflower or sunflower. Now I’m afraid to try it.
