why is the color of the bar uneven? splotchy?

Here is my recipe: in ounces: hot process: I checked it on lye/calc website:
olive oil 17
castor oil 5
coconut oil 11
rice bran oil 8
rosehip oil 1
lard 4
lye 5.9
water 15.1
FO 3 oz.

everything was as usual, except once I put it into the mold. one of my molds "erupted" over the edge. i never had that happen before. Yes it was hot, I just scooped it into the mold, after it quit growing.
picture is uneven in color and in texture. attached

Smaller bits and smears of soap on the sides of the cooking pot will cook faster. It will turn white and shiny when that happens. Those white, shiny spots never reincorporate into the rest of the batter, no matter how hard you stir, whisk, or blend. It takes every ounce of willpower in me not to scrape the soap off the sides of the cooking pot into the rest of the batter, even though I know what will happen.
