I'm not really sure what you'd call this mixture- growing up I called it goulash but have since learned that it's not even close to what goulash is.

It's quick, it's easy, you can always have this stuff on hand- aka a busy mom's savior hehe! My mom made this for us alot and my brother and I would fight over who got the last of it!

Bradley Goulash

1. 1 packaged link Hillshire Farm smoked sausage (or kielbasa if you prefer)
2. 2 cans cut green beans
3. 4-5 white potatoes (1 potato per person)

Directions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal, bite size pieces. Slice the sausage into bite size pieces also.

In a med-large soup pot layer the items in the pan so that the potatoes are on bottom, sausage is in the middle, and green beans (and their juice!!) are tossed on top

*do not mix- leave it layered*

Cook on stovetop at medium heat until the liquid boils and the potatoes are done, salt and pepper to taste.

ENJOY! I hope you like it as much as my family does!!

that sounds soooooo awesome!!! do you use butter on the bottom of the of the pot so the potatoes dont stick? I feel like I would want to throw this in a pan and put it in the oven ...nice n crispy :) but I loooove my oven ...my electric stove is too hot

Actually the juice from the green beans boils the potatoes and sausage so it's more stewy than a sautee dish- but I'd love to know how yours turns out if you add butter or put it in the oven!

This is definitely one of the worlds easiest dishes...
