Looks good to me! It should be a nice mild soap with good lather.

your cleansing is very low, 11, they reccomend 12-22, i like to keep mine at 19-20. If you added say some castor ,it would really boost your bubbly factor, yours is at 11, i like mine at 26-29.

my favorite soaps have a cleansing of 10; that makes for a very mild and gentle bar of soap.

Most of my mens soaps have a cleansing of 20; they are much oilier than the women.

But a good all around soap, imo, that the whole family can use has a cleansing of about 14-15.

It seems that most people add castor at 5% to increase lather.

And I think your FO may be a little low for a 3 lb batch. I would increase it to 2.5 oz. Depends on the scent, though.
