I thought I would post this for those that use WSP and have had those humbug moments when they just bought something and the next day there is a sale:
Safe Sale Guarantee Rebate Program
We understand how frustrating it is to make a purchase only to see that some of the products go on a flash sale the very next day. We don’t want you to have those feelings toward Wholesale Supplies Plus therefore we have developed a “Safe Sale Guarantee” Rebate Program.
Program Details:
1. Products ordered the business day before a flash or not previously announced sale will receive an automatic rebate reflecting the sale price of products purchased at regular price. Rebate will be equal to the difference in price paid to the advertised sale price. a. Timing Examples:
i. A sale occurs on a Friday at 3pm. Non sale orders placed on Thursday and Friday before 3pm will receive an automatic Safe Sale Rebate. ii. A sale occurs on a Monday at 7pm. Non-sale orders placed on Friday to Monday before 7pm will receive an automatic Safe Sale Rebate. 2. To be eligible for the Safe Sale Rebate, orders must be finalized and paid by end of the sale. 3. This is not a refund or an account credit. This is a rebate and falls within those redemption rules. 4. Rebates cannot be given for items returned or removed from an order. Therefore, rebates will be placed into the customer account 14 days after their order leaves our warehouse.
Special Notices:
Program effective on all orders placed after 10/1/2013 23:59:59 and subject to change or termination at any time.
**This program is designed to protect customers from unannounced sales. Sales which are communicated to customers with advanced notice are excluded from this program.
