I'm getting ready to test out my new Neapolitan Ice Cream FO from WSP and want to do a three layer bar. To keep it from discoloring, I'm only wanting to put the FO in the brown layer. Can I still use .5 oz PPO for the whole recipe or should I estimate it for the brown layer only?
 
I would only estimate it for the brown layer. I would think putting in the whole amount that you would use if you scented each layer would cause it to weep out because there would be an overload. That is just my thought process.
