WSP mis-labelled FO?
Has anyone had problems with WSP orders? I got my box of goodies from WSP today. I opened the bergamot-mandarin FO, and got a strong spot-on scent of Bazooka Bubblegum. Not citrusy at all. Not gentle.

I know it's oob, but I don't think it's gonna morph into a citrus scent, it's so far off. And it smells exactly like the description of one of their other FOs.

I scent :lolno: them an email, hope it works out.

Meanwhile, back in the box ...OOOOoooh! shiny mica! pink clay! Aaaahhh, pumice!

Uh.. they may have. I have the bergamot/mandarin and it's very green and herbal-y OOB (haven't soaped it yet). Nothing like bubble gum. Hopefully they can help you.

The almond 86 is CHERRY almond, and I'm not the only one to think as such. There were about two or three complaints on the feedback that said as such. Someone mentioned that wsp uses a point system for good reviews, or something like that :???:

There was an outrageous thread about wsp and their lack of customer service, and someone receiving dirt fo for something else they ordered....and another poster received dirt for the same scent as well! And the people there wouldn't do a thing about it and seemed quite rude. I think it was wsp, let me dig the thread out....

Let me say, as a new soaper this next thread really bothered me. I don't want to run into problems spending my good money on this (soaping). Wsp seems like, well you can read and see what I saw...here's the link. So I don't think you're alone in thinking a fo is completely off from the label. Do I think it was a mistake, meh, maybe maybe not. Do I think some of they're product is just badly labeled (says almond but is NOT straight almond), yes!
