I found Midwest Fragrance company mentioned in a youtube video. They are in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. They started out with Candle supplies but began adding skin-safe fragrances for soap so I tried them out.
They do post usage rates and vanillin content but dont have testing results. It does seem soapers using them post soaping experience in the reviews on their site though. Prices are good and shipping is reasonable and they have added more soap FO's. Here are ones Ive had luck with in CP

Black Raspberry Vaniila - No Vanillin, no discoloration, no ricing or acceleration. Love it went back for a bigger bottle
Strawberry Peach Champagne - No Vanillin, no discoloration, no ricing or acceleration. if anything, it deaccelerated a bit. just used so no results on sticking power yet
Sweet Orange Chili Pepper - No Vanillin, no discoloration, no ricing or acceleration. Fragrance sticks well

I cant seem to edit the first post but heres another

Wild Honeysuckle & Raspberry - No Vanillin. No discoloration or ricing. I was expecting acceleration but the opposite happened. It thinned out the batter quite a bit so I had to blend some more before I poured.
