Please help!

I've got 3 molds of GM soap, which I soaped at cooler temps...
These white globs started appearing as it was cooling in the mold, and this morning I tongue tested the white spots and they were DEFINITELY lye heavy.

I'd hate to throw them away, but can they be saved? Since it's goat's milk, can that even be rebatched? Most importantly, can I just leave these lye-heavy globs in, or would I need to try to cut them out before melting it?

THANKS!

I am trying to figure out how to post a pic...

Since you said you soaped cool, the white globs could be either milk fat or stearic spots. And since your soap is so new (I take it that you just made it yesterday?), I would wait another week and then do the zap test again. Some soaps (even when properly made), can still zap for up to a week, especially if they did not go through the gel stage.

IrishLass :)
