I made Whipped Shea butter with Jojoba and avocado oil. It took forever to whip in my kitchen aid mixer but finally came together (1.5 hours later maybe due to high altitude?). One question I have is - is there anything natural that you can add to help prevent it from melting? I used cornstarch this time. Thanks for your help.

By melting do you mean if left in a warm place? Since shea is such a soft butter, I don't know what you could add besides maybe some cocoa butter. Even so, I think the nature of the soft butter will be so that it melts easily. This is why many people don't ship their whipped shea in the summer time.
Hope that is what you were looking for!
