Hello everyone. I have a question if someone could help me I would really appreciate it. I am starting a new perfume line and am wondering which carrier should I use? I have used fractionated coconut oil and grapeseed oil in the past but I am worried about allergies in the consumer. Can someone tell me which oil is recommended? TIA!!
