i ran a search but came up empty handed :( i know snowdrift carried it, but alas, they are gone, and i can't find info on their formulary. want to use some in reed diffusers if needed. i swear i saw related posts but can't find them...

anyone have any suggested suppliers?

or, even better, what carrier oils to use? i see jojoba is used, as well as fractionated coconut. also see mineral, sweet almond and safflower. something tells me none of these are ideal...

hmmm, have to do more research, but hoping someone can point me in a good direction for further research or tips :)

from what i can gather, most ready-to-use reed diffuser oils are propylene glycol, essential or fragrance oil, and sometimes something else... it's the something else that's eluding me. i have the dpg, but the scents i've been experimenting with are just not quite 100 percent there. to complicate things, at least one website (natures garden) says do NOT use dpg as it will clog the reeds. sigh...

thanks for the links, and i will report in when i find something more definitive!

ok, so i found it at saveonscents.com -- perfumers alcohol, not oil, my error. ordering, then to start testing!

maybe i'll try Isopropyl Myristate with an eo or fo blend too. now i'm obsessed!!! ;)
