Where or Where did Palm Kernal Oil Go?

I can't find a source for Palm Kernal Oil (NOT FLAKES). I was going to place a small order with a company but for 8 small items they were going to charge $38 in shipping :???: Does anyone know where I can get Palm Kernal Oil at a reasonable price (and reasonable shipping)?
