Where can I find a good soap cutter?

Looking for suggestions for a good soap cutter, I live in Canada. I bought a cheese slicer but it's not great. Is it better to make your own?

Hobbyist here and only needed a single wire cutter. I searched for awhile but the shipping costs were always too much for my budget. I finally found this one, Amazon.com and it was a game changer for me -- I still enjoy it every time I use it.
Other folks here rave about Bud's from Etsy.

Thanks! Yes I saw one similar on Amazon. Ca but it's 92$. The one in the link seems to be unavailable at the moment.
