When to add honey and oatmeal in HP soap?

I am going to make some HP soap and add my superfats after the HP so my expensive argan oil is not eaten up by the lye!

When should I add the honey and oatmeal? After the HP also? Or should I add them right at the start?

I add mine as soon as the soap has stopped zapping as I don't want to cook the oats and honey. I mix it in really well and it works every time. I find it easier to add a little water to the oats and squish them up to prevent lumps.
