when it rains it pours

my mother just got out of the hospital and my dh went in.....got a call yesterday evening that he was rushed to the hospital after collapsing in a restaurant.

so far, other than a low potassium level nothing has come back significant. he had more testing today and will have more tomorrow.

i'm a wreck at this moment. just got home and ate some dinner. i don't know if i have the strength to look at the soap i poured yesterday evening right before i got the call......

updated on hubby, he was discharged from hospital to follow up w/ his doc. i want him to ask to get a stress test and for doc to reexamine his blood pressure meds.....

my mother had to go to the emergency room. she got a terrible reaction to the plavix medicine she had to take to prevent clots in her stent. she has a horrible rash over her entire body. she is sooo miserable. i wish there was something i could do for her......i hope she's going to be ok. any prayers on her behalf would be welcome!

awwww...glad that your dh is out of the hospital, but so sorry to hear about your Mom's rash.

Hopefully, she'll be given a new medicine that doesn't have the same effect. Sending my best your way!
