What to mix to get navy blue color?

Hi guys,

I have ultramarine blue and ultraviolet blue. Can I mix anything into either one of those to get navy blue?

If you have charcoal or indigo powder that will make navy.

Mix in a little black oxide. That should make a more muted and darker blue.

thank you both, I will try the black oxide first as that is what i have on hand.
