What to add to Rose Ess Oil

My Rose Ess. oil is on its way to me now that I finally made the big step and ordered 25 mils from India to Australia.
I would love some advice on what I should add to it as in that upper,middle , lower note thingy to enhance the rose staying power.
I just found a recipe that has Rose fragrance with baby powder fragrance.
I do want to end up with a pink cloured soap, would the baby powder (sweetcakes) discolour it.

I believe rose & vanilla will give you a powdery type scent. Vanilla will diclor it depending on where you get it & if you use a stabilizer.

There are non-discoloring vanilla FO's.
